Research and Development Center:

Single, Double, and Triple Color Cushion BB Cream Filling Machine:
This machine features a manual bottle placement system, automatic filling, manual inner ring placement, automatic compression of the inner ring, and robotic arms for bottle handling and placement onto the production line. It uses a servo motor-driven piston pump, ensuring high filling precision. The large-sized color LCD touch control screen, PLC automatic control system, and frequency conversion speed regulation provide seamless operation. All electrical components are sourced from internationally renowned brands for reliability and performance.


PVC Antistatic Production Line:
The conveyor belt operates smoothly, with no relative motion between the material and the belt, effectively preventing damage to the transported goods. Compared to other conveyors, it produces less noise, making it ideal for work environments where quiet operation is required.
Automatic Face Mask Filling and Sealing Machine:
The packaging process is fully automated, requiring no manual operation, with a capacity of over 3,000 pieces per hour. It can be customized to meet customer needs, including different filling methods and customizable numbers of filling heads. The process includes automatic bag placement, liquid injection and filling, automatic sealing, and finished product output.


Vacuum Homogenizing High-Speed Shear Emulsification Kettle:
This equipment primarily consists of a water phase kettle, oil phase kettle, emulsifying and stirring main kettle, vacuum system, lifting system (optional), electrical control system (optional PLC), and operation platform. The triple stirring system uses an imported frequency converter for speed regulation, meeting various production requirements.
Featuring German technology for homogenization, it employs imported Duolui mechanical seals for excellent performance. The maximum emulsification speed can reach 4,200 RPM, and the highest shear fineness can achieve 0.2-5µm.
Emulsification Workshop:
We have introduced production lines and fully automated programmable control equipment from Germany and Japan, along with a stringent quality inspection system and a scientific, standardized management framework.
From raw material testing and packaging material sterilization to emulsification production supervision and finished product inspection, each step is handled by dedicated personnel with strict control, ensuring top-quality standards at every stage.


Dust-Free Production Workshop:
The factory is equipped with multiple production lines and several sets of fully automated filling equipment, providing a solid hardware foundation for large-scale, standardized, and precise production. With 21 internationally leading standardized production lines and nearly 6,000 square meters of 100,000-class cleanrooms, we ensure a high-quality manufacturing environment.
From raw material testing and packaging sterilization to emulsification production supervision and finished product inspection, each process is meticulously managed by dedicated personnel, ensuring strict quality control at every step.
